MIS has signed contracts worth SAR 973.5 million with SDAIA since the start of 2025


Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed two contracts valued at SAR 182 million, including VAT, with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the company said in two separate statements to Tadawul.

 

The first contract, valued at SAR 83.95 million, was signed, on Nov. 20, to provide IT products and services compatible with the National Information Center’s infrastructure.

 

Meanwhile, the second contract, valued at SAR 98.04 million, was wrapped up on Nov. 19 and covers the provision of IT products and services.

 

The contractual term is 36 months for both contracts, the company said, noting that there are no related parties in the contracts.

 

The deals are expected to have a positive impact on MIS’ financials starting Q4, 2025, the statement added.

 

MIS secured orders, project awards, or signed contracts with SDAIA worth SAR 973.5 million since the beginning of 2025, according to data available with Argaam.
