WAJA to renovate and develop NWC’s administrative buildings and public facilities for SAR 63.67 million

WAJA Co. signed a contract for the renovation and development of administrative buildings and public facilities for the National Water Company’s (NWC) headquarters and central sector, at a total value of SAR 63.67 million (including VAT).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company indicated that the three-year contract was awarded on Sept. 15, 2025, while it was signed today, Nov. 23, 2025.

 

WAJA expects a positive impact on its revenues during the current year and over the upcoming three years. There are no related parties involved.
