Sipchem elects new board for a 4-year term

Sahara International Petrochemical Co.’s (Sipchem) shareholders approved electing board of directors for the upcoming four-year term, starting Dec.10, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 25, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected board members are Khalid Al-Zamil, Fahad Al-Rajhi, Osama Al-Zamil, Abdullah Al-Boanyn, Saeed AL Esayi, Riyadh Al-Adrisi, Saeed Basamh, Abdullah Alsaadoon, Ahmad Al Sa'adi, Feras Alabad, and Ahmad Al-Dakheel.
