Mayar Holding Co.’s new subsidiary, Jadaya Halal Co., signed a lease agreement with AlWadi Poultry Farms Co. for a poultry slaughterhouse in Buraidah.

 

The facility will be leased with its full operational capacity and equipment, at a total value of SAR 70 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract was signed on Nov. 26 for a 10-year term. The slaughterhouse has an operational capacity of 9,000 birds per hour.

 

The facility will be handed over upon completion of construction, with commissioning scheduled 14 months from the signing date.

 

The project's financial impact is expected to begin in the second half of 2027.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added, noting that any material developments will be disclosed in due course.
