Major shareholders are not required to obtain prior CMA approval to sell their shares
The lock-up period on United Carton Industries Co.’s (UCIC) major shareholders expired on Nov. 26, six months after its shares listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on May 27, 2025.
The lock-up was imposed on the major shareholders, who own 70% of the company’s capital, for six months from the date of the stock’s debut on Tadawul.
Major shareholders are not required to obtain prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to sell their shares after the lock-up period ends.
