Shareholders of Hamad Bin Saedan Real Estate approved a 0.5-halala per-share dividend for 2024, with distribution starting Dec. 7, 2025

Shareholders of Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 5% of capital (SAR 0.5 per share) for 2024.

 

The approval came during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 30, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda.
