Almasar Alshamil offered 30.72 million shares, representing 30% of its SAR 1.02 billion capital
The stock will trade in the first three days with daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively. From the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to ±10%, while the static price limits will no longer apply.
Almasar Alshamil is the 13th listing on TASI in 2025 after Almoosa Health Co. on Jan. 7, Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing Co. on Jan. 8, and Derayah Financial Co. on March 10. This is in addition to Arabian Company for Agricultural & Industrial Investments (Entaj) on March 17, Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Co. (UQDC) on March 24, United Carton Industries Co. (UCIC) on May 27, flynas on June 18, and Specialized Medical Co. (SMC) on June 25. Sport Clubs Co. floated its shares in July, Marketing Home Group for Trading Co. (MHG) on Sept. 2, Dar Al Majed Real Estate Co. (Al Majdiah) on Sept. 10 and Cherry Trading Co. on Dec. 1.

Almasar Alshamil offered 30.72 million shares, representing 30% of its SAR 1.024 billion capital, divided into 102.40 million shares, at a par value of SAR 10 each. The retail tranche was 1.21x oversubscribed, while the institutional book was covered 102.9 times. Retail investors received a minimum of 10 shares each, with remaining shares allocated pro rata at an average factor of 80.7%.
The institutional offering was 102.9x oversubscribed.
Almasar Alshamil was established in October 2022 as Amanat Special Education & Care Investment Co., a limited liability company. In September 2024, it converted into a single-person closed joint stock company and renamed Almasar Alshamil.
The company is a fully owned subsidiary of Amanat Holdings, which is listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM). The company operates in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE. It provides higher education and special needs education and care (sec) through Human Development Co. (HDC), in which it holds a 60% stake.
The company’s core activity is managing its subsidiaries, while the group’s main activities include investment company operations, special needs education services, day-care center services, higher education services, institutional training and academy operations.
