WAJA signs SAR 10.3M contract to renovate, upgrade DTV building

WAJA Co. signed a contract to renovate, develop, and upgrade the climate technology incubator building owned by Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV), with a total value of SAR 10.34 million, including VAT.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the project was awarded on Nov. 16, and the contract was signed on Dec. 4, noting that the project duration is nine months.

 

WAJA expects the project to have a positive financial impact on its revenues during the coming year, adding that there are no related parties involved.
