Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, said the adoption of unified rules for joint property owners in the GCC at the 46th GCC Summit aims to strengthen integration among Gulf countries and elevates the level of organization within residential communities.

He added on his official X account that the decision supports clearer rights and obligations, and helps create an environment that enables the development of higher-quality facilities and improved governance for the benefit of residents.
