The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced implementing securities quantity increase for Theeb Rent a Car Co. on the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Dec. 18, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

On Dec. 15, shareholders approved the board's recommendation to increase capital, through the issuance of 22.97 million new shares, according to Argaam data.
