Tharwah wins SAR 24M government framework agreement

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) said today, Dec. 28, it received a letter awarding it a framework agreement with a government entity, with a contract ceiling of SAR 24 million, including value-added tax.

 

The contract is expected to be signed on Jan. 28, 2026, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The agreement aims to provide human resources consulting services for organizational transformation and development for the government entity and the beneficiary entities.

 

The company noted that the agreement is not fully binding and is subject to actual needs and services delivered, with project implementation commencing after the issuance of purchase orders.

 

There are no related parties involved in the agreement, the statement added.
