Saudi Arabia issues 151 industrial licenses with SAR 27B investments in Nov 2025

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources issued 151 new industrial licenses in November 2025, with 93 factories coming online during the same month.

 

The newly licensed projects represent investments exceeding SAR 27 billion and are expected to create more than 1,370 jobs across various Saudi regions, according to data from the Ministry’s National Industrial and Mining Information Center.

 

Meanwhile, factories that commenced operations in November 2025 accounted for SAR 1.8 billion of total investments and are projected to generate 2,642 jobs.

 

As of November 2025, the number of existing industrial facilities hit 12,874, up more than 8% from 11,901 facilities during the same month last year and 12,769 facilities in October 2025, the ministry added.
