Tharwah signs SAR 24M government framework deal

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) signed today, Jan. 7, a framework agreement with a government entity, capped at SAR 24 million including VAT.

 

The three-year framework agreement with a government entity, covering HR consulting for organizational transformation and development, was awarded on Dec. 28, 2025, Tharwah said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Tharwah expects the financial impact to emerge starting in Q1 2026, noting the three-year framework agreement is not fully binding and depends on actual service delivery, with work starting after purchase orders and no related parties involved.
