Shalfa said the contract is effective for 24 months from Aug. 1, 2026
Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed a contract with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) to provide property management and operation services for the authority's residential, investment, and administrative assets at the land ports.
The contract, valued at SAR 17.31 million, VAT inclusive, is effective for 24 months from Aug. 1, 2026, according to a Tadawul statement.
The financial impact is expected to commence during the second half of 2026, the company said, adding that there are no related parties.
