Tharwah finalizes branch conversion into subsidiary

The newly converted Tharwa Consulting will focus on advisory and transformation services

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) announced the completion of procedures for converting its branch, “Tharwa Human Resources Co.,” into a limited liability subsidiary (one-person company).

The wholly owned subsidiary was registered under the name Tharwa Consulting Co., with commercial registration No. 1009084144, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The transformation is part of Tharwah’s strategy to enhance governance and operational efficiency, empower subsidiaries, and support growth and expansion plans in promising sectors, particularly consulting and transformation.

Tharwa Consulting focuses on providing specialized advisory solutions, including management, organizational, and strategic consulting; operating model development; process improvement and efficiency enhancement; human capital development, transformation and organizational development consulting; and support for strategy execution.

The move will have no material impact on its financial statements at present, the statement said, noting that any material developments will be disclosed in due course.
