Oil tanks
US commercial crude oil inventories rose in the week ended Jan. 16, contrary to expectations of a 500,000-barrel draw.
Meanwhile, gasoline inventories increased by more than forecasts that had pointed to a rise of just 1 million barrels, according to data released on Jan. 22 by the US Energy Information Administration.
