Abdulelah Aldrees, CEO of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co.
Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co.'s number of fuel stations reached around 1,300 by the end of 2025, representing approximately 17% of the Kingdom's total number of fuel stations, said CEO Abdulelah Aldrees.
In an interview with Argaam, the CEO added that the company expects to continue delivering strong results and sustained profit growth during the first quarter of 2026.
Commenting on the financial results, he explained that the nearly 8% increase in Q4 2025 net profit compared to the same quarter of the previous year was driven by higher sales in both the petrol and transport segments. This was along with strong revenues from bank deposits, other revenues, and investments in sukuk, in addition to lower selling expenses—despite higher general and administrative expenses, financing costs, and Zakat expenses, as well as weaker results from investments in the joint venture.
The CEO noted that revenue growth of 30.9% was mainly due to the expansion in the number of stations and improved transport pricing.
Regarding the size of the transport fleet, he said the number of fuel transport trucks reached 830 by the end of Q4 2025, out of a total fleet of 1,980 trucks.
Aldrees emphasized that the expansion in the number of stations had a positive impact on both revenues and net profit.
As for segment revenues, Aldrees said total revenues from the petrol and transport segments during Q4 2025 amounted to around SAR 6.87 billion, up 30.9% compared with SAR 5.25 billion in the same quarter of the previous year. He added that both segments contributed to profit growth.
The CEO also noted that revenues from bank deposits and sukuk during the fourth quarter reached SAR 21.2 million, accounting for around 19.6% of Q4 2025 profits.
