Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed and amended a Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement worth SAR 1.81 billion with Arab National Bank (ANB).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the credit facilities are secured by promissory notes covering the full loan amount and will be used to finance new project contracts, as well as to issue letters of credit and guarantees.

 

MIS added that the financing was obtained on Jan. 26, with final approval and signing completed on Jan. 28. The facilities will remain valid until July 31, 2026.

 

There are no related parties involved, the statement added.
