IHR receives SAR 9.4M purchase order from Elm

IHR says project covers providing human resources services

International Human Resources Co. (IHR) received, on Jan. 29, a purchase order from Elm Co. for SAR 9.39 million, including VAT.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the project covers providing human resources services (outsourcing), effective from the date of receipt, with a contract duration of three years.

No contract will be signed between the two parties, and the signed framework agreement, which was previously announced by the company, will suffice. Only the purchase order and the terms and conditions will apply, and execution will commence from the date of receipt of the purchase order.

The financial impact of the purchase order on the company's financial results is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026.

No related parties are included in the deal, the statement added.
