Trolley plans listing on Boursa Kuwait: Report

Boursa Kuwait Securities Co. (Boursa Kuwait) submitted Trolley Co.’s listing request to the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) ahead of the company’s planned listing on the Premier Market, AlQabas newspaper reported, citing sources.

 

The sources added that the filing follows Trolley’s completion of the necessary technical and procedural requirements.

 

The company is now awaiting final approvals from the CMA to begin official procedures for its initial public offering (IPO), including setting the listing timetable, determining the number of shares, and the offering percentage.

 

Trolley was established in 2010 and operates a chain of retail stores in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, with more than 220 branches.

 

The company entered the Saudi retail market in 2021 and currently has over 50 branches in the Kingdom.
