Khalid Al-Mudaifer as Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Mining Affairs


The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced the issuance of a royal decree extending the tenure of Khalid Al-Mudaifer as Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Mining Affairs at the rank of excellence for a period of four years.

According to data available with Argaam, a royal decree was issued in 2018 appointing Al-Mudaifer as Vice Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources for Mining Affairs with the rank of excellence.

Al-Mudaifer holds a postgraduate diploma in international business from Oxford University, a master's degree in business administration, and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

He has more than 30 years of experience across the industrial sectors, including more than 23 years in executive and leadership roles in mining and industry.
