Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co.’s (solutions) shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s bylaws, during the extraordinary meeting that will be held on April 7.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders will be voting on the amendment of articles No. (4) and (18) of the company’s bylaws, related to the company’s objectives and management, respectively.
