TAM board recommends 6.2% cash dividend for 2025

TAM Development Co.’s board of directors recommended a 6.2% cash dividend, or SAR 0.62 per share, for 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the dividend distribution is in line with its policy of distributing 10% of net profit to shareholders. This reflects the company's commitment to delivering sustainable returns while maintaining the financial flexibility needed to support its growth strategy.

 

According to data available on Argaam, TAM reported a net profit of SAR 20.58 million for 2025, with the 10% dividend amounting to about SAR 2.06 million.
