Al-Rajhi’s general assembly to select board members today

Al-Rajhi Bank’s general assembly will meet today to select the board members for a three-year mandate till November 13, 2017.
 

Incumbent board chairman Sulaiman Al-Rajhi may not run for the post in the coming mandate, said Al-Arabiya TV.


Sulaiman Al-Rajhi is one of the founders of the bank and has assumed top roles since its inception.


The general assembly meeting was postponed from June for lack of quorum.
