Al-Masafi: Court accepts challenge of Binzagr lawsuit rejection

An administrative court of appeal accepted the challenge filed by Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (Al-Masafi) against an earlier court rejection of the company’s lawsuit against Abdullah Binzagr and Said Binzagr, a filing on Tadawul said.

In 2013, a Saudi court rejected Al-Masafi’s lawsuit aimed at restoring the company’s stake in the Saudi Group (SIIG), a shareholding already waived by Al-Masafi in return for SAR 2.3 million.
