Saudi regulator sets rules for credit rating agencies

Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) adopted new regulations for the credit rating agencies operating on its soil, which take effect as of September 1, 2015.
 

 

 

CMA said the new rules regulate all the activities of credit rating bodies and have been on international benchmarks and wide-scale market consultations.
