ZAMIL’S SUBSIDIARY AWARDED MINISTRY OF EDUCATION CONTRACT WORTH SAR 34.1 MILLION

Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial) announces that Zamil Air Conditioners has been awarded a contract to supply its brand of air conditioning units to numerous Ministry of Education schools in various provinces and regions of Saudi Arabia. The total contract value is SAR 34.1 million, as per the Letter of Award received on 14/05/2012. All units will be delivered to the specified provinces and regions within four months. The contract's positive impact on the company's consolidated financials will be visible by the end of the third quarter of 2012.
