Saudi Arabia king approves nationwide salary reviews: Report

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman has approved a recommendation to review state salaries to ensure they match academic degrees, according to a report published by Sabq newspaper.

Government bodies should implement the decision, which might include promotions or employees being transferred to higher positions that better match their academic achievements, according to an order by Prince Mohamed bin Salman,  the head of the royal court.
