Saudi Arabia’s General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has announced that it has started the tendering process for its Granada Center expansion project.
Advertising in a local media publication, GOSI invited leading Saudi and foreign contractors to submit bids no later than Wednesday, June 17.
Owned by GOSI, the center is considered to be one of the kingdom’s largest shopping malls, valued at SAR 309 million.
Granada is currently a two-floor shopping center situated on 140,000 square meters of the 466,000 square meters originally designated for its development.
