Tadawul foreign ownership through swap deals down at 39 firms

Foreign ownership through swap agreements on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) declined across 39 firms and increased at 36 on Thursday, market data showed.

 

No change was seen in the equities owned by qualified foreign institutional investors (QFIs) and their approved clients.

 

Malath Insurance saw the largest rise in foreign ownership by 0.13 percent to 3.54 percent. Basic Chemical Industries Co. (BCI) came second with an increase of 0.11 percent to 1.02 percent.

Meanwhile, Saudi Catering saw foreign ownership through swap deals decline by 0.08 percent, followed by Atheeb Telecom and The National Co. for Glass Industries (Zoujaj), which each saw a decline of 0.06 percent.
