Mubarrad extends MoU with Mugbel Al Mulhem

Saudi Transport and Investment Co. (Mubarrad) has extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mugbel Al Mulhem & Partners for acquiring a majority stake in its school transport division for 60 days.

 

The extension is effective Wednesday, July 22.

 

Mubarrad, which signed the MoU in March, said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday that it hopes to make an offer after conducting the feasibility study and performing due diligence.
