The banking sector’s employees get SAR 19,000 per month on average, 82 percent lower than the monthly salaries of CMA employees.
The average monthly income of CEOs in Saudi banks reached SAR 221,000, while the average monthly salary of those employed in asset management and monitoring units reached SAR 35,800 and SAR 28,300 respectively.
Employees of other categories earn SAR 15,000 monthly on average.
