Jabal Omar to rent showrooms to Bin Dawood Group

Jabal Omar Development Co. has inked an agreement to rent some of its showrooms to Bin Dawood Group, a large supermarket chain operating in Saudi Arabia.

 

The contract will last for five years with the possibility of renewal, the developer said in a statement.

 

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

 

The agreement was signed by Yasser Al Sharif, Jabal Omar’s chief executive, and Abdul Razzaq Bin Dawood, the group’s board chairman.
