Sahara opens nominations for board membership

Sahara Petrochemical Co. will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting June 27, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from Jan. 25 until Feb.25, the statement added.
