BATIC’s chairman resigns, board appoints new acting chairman

BATIC Investment and Logistics Co. (BATIC) has appointed Ahmad Al Sanea as an acting chairman, effective as of Sep. 9, 2018, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

This came after chairman Abdulaziz Al Eisa submitted his resignation on August 14, 2018 as he held a government position.
