Saudi court postpones GASCO tanker explosion case to Aug. 28

National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) said that the Riyadh appeal court postponed today a hearing on the public prosecution’s case against the company to Aug. 28, 2019.


The company is being sued for damages caused by a gas tanker explosion in 2012.
 
The court has previously issued a preliminary judgment denying GASCO’s liability for the incident, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
