MOBI Industry Co. reported a net profit drop of 25.8% to SAR 10.1 million in the first quarter of 2025 from SAR 13.65 million in the prior-year period.

The profit drop was attributed to a 1.16% year-on-year (YoY) increase in promotional discount rates, which contributed to higher overall sales volumes.
In addition, operating costs rose 2.03% YoY due to increased raw material shipping costs and other operating expenses.
Moreover, selling expenses, warehouse rental costs, and financing costs rose 1.88%, 0.56% and 45% YoY, respectively.
On the other hand, sales through promotional campaigns grew, contributing to a 3.73% YoY increase in detergent product sales.
Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, inched up to SAR 84.75 million as of March 31, 2025, from SAR 83.35 million a year earlier.
