National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) reported a net profit of SAR 2.43 billion in 2025, marking a 12.1% growth compared to SAR 2.16 billion a year earlier.

Bahri’s top-line rose year-on-year (YoY) in 2025 as multiple business units posted improved revenues. Bahri Oil business unit reported a SAR 1.26 billion increase in revenue and Bahri Integrated Logistics unit rose SAR 37 million, on the back of improved operational activities and the rise in global shipping rates.
However, Bahri Chemicals unit's revenue decreased by SAR 396 million and Bahri Dry Bulk unit by SAR 87 million.
Gross profit of Bahri Oil unit increased by SAR 755 million YoY also due to improved operational performance and global shipping rates.
Bahri’s profit share of equity-accounted investees rose SAR 134 million YoY.
This was offset by lower gross profit of Bahri Chemicals unit and Bahri Integrated Logistics unit. Other income decreased mainly due to capital gains from sale of vessels. Additionally, the company reported higher general and administrative expenses and increased finance costs during the current period compared to the same period of last year.

Meanwhile, Bahri Q4 2025 net profit almost doubled to SAR 977.7 million from SAR 474.26 million in the prior-year period.
On a sequential basis, net earnings surged 90.5% from SAR 513.36 million in Q3 2025.
Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, stood at SAR 15.26 billion as on Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 13.62 billion in the same period a year earlier.
