Thimar turns profit of SAR 906,000 in 9M 2022; cuts Q3 loss to SAR 1.10 mln

Thimar Development Holding Co. swung to a net profit of SAR 906,000 in the first nine months of 2022, against a net loss of SAR 3.7 million in the prior-year period.

The positive results were spurred by a drop of SAR 2 million in general and administrative expenses (G&A) during the current period. Other income increased by SAR 3 million in the first nine months of 2022.

 

In Q3 2022, the company trimmed net losses to SAR 1.10 million, from SAR 1.28 million, as G&A decreased by SAR 360,000.

 

Compared to the previous quarter, net losses more than doubled from SAR 540,000 on the back of an increase of SAR 560,000 in G&A.
