These annual losses were attributed to lower revenues from the production segment due to the absence of major project acquisitions during the period.
In addition to lower revenues from outdoor advertising segment declined following the divestment of this business. The company also saw a decline in revenues from the distribution segment due to softer educational book sales.
These decreases were partially offset by revenues from the events and entertainment segment, which was not part of the company’s activities during the corresponding period.
Q3 2025/2026 net loss widened by 435.5% to SAR 42.92 million, from SAR 8.02 million in the year before.
On a sequential basis, the company’s losses deepened by 132% from SAR 18.5 million in Q2 2024/2025.
