Astra Industrial Group reported a net profit spike to SAR 514.2 million for the first nine months of 2025, compared to SAR 457.9 million in the year-ago period.

The company noted increased revenues in the iron and specialty chemicals segments, along with the pharmaceuticals business.

 

General and administrative expenses (G&As) decreased in the steel segment, in addition to a decline in financial costs in specialty chemical segment and higher gross profit from steel and pharmaceuticals segments.

The third-quarter net profit advanced 20% to SAR 167.4 million, from SAR 139.4 million in Q3 2024.

 

Sequentially, the three-month bottom line slipped 4.3% from SAR 174.9 million in Q2 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, stood at SAR 2.8 billion by the end of Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 2.3 billion in the year-earlier period.
