The annual losses were due to the decrease in sales and net other Income, coupled with an increase in general & administration (G&A) and Zakat expenses for Q1 2025.
This came despite the drop in selling & marketing expenses and finance costs for the same quarter.
Compared to Q4 2024, the three-month net losses narrowed 69% from SAR 59.9 million, backed by the sequential uptick in sales amid lower G&A and Zakat expenses on a quarterly basis for Q1 2025.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, shrank to SAR 906.39 million as of March 31, 2025, compared to SAR 1.03 billion a year earlier.
