The profit growth was driven by a 25% rise in revenue, supported by higher sales volumes as part of the company’s expansion program in H2 2024. The program boosted production capacity, leading to increased sales during H1 2025.

Revenue also benefited from improved sales value, with export sales climbing 23.2% after Tadweeer entered new markets in Asia. Local sales, mainly iron, rose 28.7% year-on-year (YoY).

The company also replaced leased equipment with owned assets, cutting operating costs. Further gains came from continued improvements in production line efficiency and tighter control of operating and administrative expenses across departments.

Compared to H2 2024, Tadweeer net profit rose 6% from SAR 25.14 million.

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 264.53 million by the end of H1 2025, compared to SAR 214.95 million in the year-earlier period.
