CMCER posts SAR 11.8M profit in 9M 2025; Q3 at SAR 3.5M

Canadian Medical Center Co. (CMCER), which operates medical centers and executes medical clinic project contracts, reported a net profit of SAR 11.8 million for the first nine months of 2025, compared to SAR 5.8 million in the same period of 2024.

The company attributed higher profit to a 29.32% rise in revenues, driven by the company’s expansion across multiple segments, including construction, petrochemicals, mining, events, and ambulance transport, and signing new operation contracts in various regions across the Kingdom. This expansion contributed to diversifying income sources and supporting sustainable growth under the company’s transformation and expansion strategy.

 

CMCER witnessed improved operating margins, along with the implementation of more efficient financial and operational policies as part of the transformation plan.

 

On the other hand, the 9M 2025 included one-off costs related to the company’s transition to Tadawul’s TASI, in addition to losses from the investment portfolio.

Q3 2025 net profit rose 43.2% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 3.48 million from SAR 2.43 million.

 

On a sequential basis, net profit soared 319.1% from SAR 0.83 million in Q2 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 97.17 million by Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 90.08 million in a year earlier period.
