Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. reported a net profit of SAR 23.8 million for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, an increase of 37%, compared to SAR 17.4 million in the prior-year period.

This was driven by an increase of SAR 11.51 million in gross profit on higher revenue, a decline of SAR 0.22 million in finance costs, an increase of SAR 1.50 million on other income and a decline of SAR 0.57 million in Zakat and income tax expenses.

 

This came despite higher operating expenses and lower share from investment in associates.

Q2 2025/26 net profit increased 34.5% to SAR 9.73 million, compared to SAR 7.24 million in a year earlier period.

 

On a quarterly basis, net profit dropped 30.8% from SAR 14.06 million in Q1 2025/26.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, reached SAR 149.21 million by Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 120 million a year earlier.
