Etihad GO (formerly: Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.) reported a net profit of SAR 127 million for H1 2025/26, which ended in September 2025, up 21% from SAR 105.3 million in the same period last year.

The profit growth was mainly driven by a SAR 248 million increase in revenue, supported by a 19% year-on-year (YoY) rise in business segment sales (SAR 63 million), in addition to higher revenue from its subsidiary, EjadTech Co., which contributed SAR 66 million from system analysis, application design, and development services.
Moreover, wholesale and retail sales grew 38%, adding SAR 119 million in H1 2024/25.
These gains were partly offset by a SAR 189 million increase in the cost of revenue. The company also recorded the full financial results of its subsidiary, EjadTech, during the period.
The second-quarter net profit stood at SAR 65 million, a 10.2% YoY decline from SAR 59 million.

On a sequential basis, however, net earnings grew 4.8% from SAR 62 million in Q1 2025/26.
Total shareholders’ equity (after minority interest) stood at SAR 882 million by Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 654.05 million a year earlier.
