Arabian Food and Dairy Factories Co. (FADECO) reported a net profit of SAR 1.6 million in 2025, falling 69% compared to SAR 5.2 million in 2024.

The annual profit decline was due to higher raw material costs, increased finance costs, and higher provisions for expected credit losses (ECL) on trade receivables, as part of a more conservative credit risk management approach.

 

This was partially offset by higher revenues for 2025, driven by strong sales volumes and improved market penetration across key product categories, despite the partial impact of promotional discounts implemented to support competitiveness.

Shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, slipped to SAR 33.13 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 34.31 million a year earlier.
