International Human Resources Co. (IHR) reported a net profit of SAR 14.3 million in 2025, a leap of 70% from SAR 8.4 million a year earlier.

The profit surge was attributed to a 67.8% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated revenue to SAR 130.46 million, driven by growth in workforce supply and operations, expansion in outsourcing and operational service contracts, and a 34% YoY increase in workforce, reflecting improved operational efficiency.

 

This was further supported by business expansion, higher operating volumes, improved cost management, and enhanced profit margins.

 

Additionally, the reversal of expected credit loss provisions amounting to SAR 1.49 million (compared to provisions recorded in the prior year) reflected improved asset quality and credit risk management.

 

Meanwhile, the company recorded an impairment loss on intangible assets of SAR 2.9 million, while finance costs increased by SAR 1.07 million due to business growth.

 

General and administrative expenses also rose by SAR 2.83 million in line with business expansion.

In H2 2025, IHR’s net earnings grew 84.1% to SAR 9.4 million from SAR 5.1 million in H2 2024.

 

Sequentially, the bottom line surged 94.5% from SAR 4.85 million in H1 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, with no minority interest, rose to SAR 59.56 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, from SAR 49.64 million a year earlier.
