The company ascribed these losses to an 8.5% year-on-year (YoY) decline in revenues, which is mainly attributable to lower sales of the feed sector during the period.
This came despite a 10% increase YoY in elevator segment sales, as well as a 35% increase YoY in poultry sales.
Furthermore, the company saw a decline in profit margins for most product groups within the feed and poultry segment, driven by market price pressures, higher production costs, and increased operating expenses.
Shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, amounted to SAR 28.79 million as of June 30, 2025, from SAR 26.74 million a year earlier.
Accumulated losses reached SAR 11.15 million by the end of the six-month period, representing 18.58% of the company’s capital.
