Alsaif Stores for Development and Investment Co. (Alsaif Gallery) reported a net profit of SAR 36.6 million in H1 2025, up 39% from SAR 26.4 million in H1 2024.

The profit growth was supported by a 9% rise in gross profit, driven by improved margin strategy and better management of direct costs.

 

In addition, selling and marketing expenses declined as a result of enhanced spending efficiency.

 

The company also saw a reduction in financing costs following a review of its capital structure, improved liquidity management, and increased reliance on internal resources.

 

Furthermore, operational efficiency in e-commerce was enhanced, contributing to a 39% increase in return on sales.

On the other hand, overall sales declined on lower sales of certain key categories.

 

In Q2 2025, the company turned to a profit of SAR 1.45 million profit, against a SAR 4.85 million loss in Q2 2024, mainly due to higher sales supported by operational efficiency, regional expansion, and strong e-commerce growth.

 

On a quarterly basis, Alsaif Gallery profit plunged 95.9% from SAR 35.16 million in Q1 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 475.83 million by the end of Q2 2025, compared to SAR 428.93 million in the year-earlier period.
